You can follow a hormone program from anywhere in the Netherlands using a saliva test. Become thisthe six most important hormones were measured. The test will be delivered by post and you will perform it on the recommended day. You then send the test to the laboratory by post.
In addition, you will receive an online questionnaire and two simple self-tests from us.
We receive and analyze the test results and translate them for you, so that you can use them practically. We will also provide you with a custom-made plaque that will bring your hormones back into balance.
This can be done from our practice in Heerde, or online.
Hormone pathway step by step:
1. The saliva test will be sent to you.
2. You will receive a digital questionnaire as an intake. This provides insight into your situation.
3. You will receive two digital self-tests for candida and for the thyroid. Both play an important role in good hormone balance. You share the results with us.
4. As soon as the laboratory results are in, we will plan one first consult in. Here you will receive your results with a customized plan with all the advice you need to improve your health.
The goal is to make the recovery plan possible regardless of your energy, lifestyle and economy.
5. This is followed by two consultations (2 x 30 min.), which often take place online. During these consultations you share your experiences and we make adjustments if necessary. After all, every person is different.
What else can you expect?
The advice are focused on a healthy lifestyle, such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, because this affects the functioning of the body.
In addition do hormones need vitamins and minerals; especially when we need to repair something. We take your preferences, your own experiences and your budget into account.
If desired, you will receive advice about the use of organic products–identical hormones. These hormones are identical to hormones that we produce ourselves, so the body can use them effectively in its processes. Bio–identical hormones work completely differently than synthetic hormones (such as in the contraceptive pill or hormone IUD).
It is not possible to follow a shortened hormone program.
