Baby tips
I, Ulla, become a grandmother for the first time and times three!
With two 'bonus daughters' who are also pregnant, the count even stands at five.
What wealth! Children are a blessing! Real gifts.
Here I share tips for every mother, grandmother, neighbor or aunt that contribute to the health of children and their hormones. This way we can hopefully keep them out of the 'hormonal imbalance zone'; Then I can retire one day... 😊
The tips below help strengthen the immune system, which can reduce the risk of eczema, allergies and intestinal problems.
- Choose whether you want to hold a baby (child) or mobile. Not both at the same time. We still know too little about what radiation does to the brain of a developing child. From 4G to 5G is a huge difference. For the first time in humanity... and we don't know the consequences of this.
- Raisins are dried grapes. The grape is one of the most sprayed fruits there are. A raisin that has not been grown organically contains many pesticides, something we would rather not want in a child's stomach.
- Skin care products: it also applies here 'if you don't want it on your tongue' then don't put it on your skin’ – and certainly not on your baby's. What we apply to the skin is absorbed by our body within minutes. So pay close attention to which product you purchase. Preferably only products with natural ingredients for both washing and lotion. Coconut oil or other natural oils are recommended. Babies recognize their mother by smell – the other way around too; does not disturb this important sense.
- Detergent for babies: pay attention to fragrances that disrupt hormones. All perfumes tax our hormones. Also the strong ingredients that detergents contain.
Make your own detergent from grated Marseille soap; healthier, was just as clean and much cheaper. - Scented candles and toilet sprays; products with added perfumes disrupt the hormone balance, including that of your baby. Prefer to use essential oils; they smell nice and often have a healing effect.
- Get rid of chlorine: Chlorine is environmentally harmful and difficult to break down. Moreover, it disrupts our health and hormones, including that of your baby. Use natural cleaning products such as vinegar, green soap and dishwashing liquid.
- Avoid excessive hygiene; don't clean everything all the time! Feel free to let a child eat off the floor. Their immune system needs to be put to work every now and then. Children actually become sicker from colds if their immune system is not used to it. Let them play without having to constantly clean their hands with wipes.
- Poisonous plants in the house: did you know that many plants, such as poinsettias, chrysanthemums, potted roses and petunias, are often sprayed with chemicals? Please do not bring these flowers into your home. This is how you introduce your little one – and yourself – not exposed to inhaling these substances.
- Toys; many toys are made of soft plastic, which children chew. A child does what he is supposed to do. Pay attention to paint and plastic; choose natural toys that are safe to put in the mouth.
- Bottle feeding: Choose glass bottles and leave the attractively colored plastic bottles in the store. When heated, plastic bottles can release harmful substances into the contents,
- Don't forget the hat: As a Danish mother, I was surprised that babies and children often go outside without a hat. This is unthinkable in Scandinavia and Germany. With a cotton hat you will save your child (and yourself) many colds and ear infections. 'It's really true.
- Pregnant: please inquire HalloHormonen.nl to our chlorella treatment. This algae helps to remove harmful substances, reducing the risk of infertility, miscarriages, birth defects or reduced sperm quality.
- Taking folic acid: preferably choose folate. Folic acid is synthetic, while folate occurs naturally in food. A possible connection is assumed between folic acid and problems with tongue tie and lip tie, which seems to be less the case with the natural variant folate.
